You have the right by law to request documents from us. The law is the Freedom of Information Act 1982 .
How to make a request
The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) has legislated responsibility for providing technical and administrative support for the Electoral Boundaries Commission. As such, the VEC provides support for freedom of information requests that are made to the EBC.
To make a freedom of information request for documents held by the EBC follow the instructions on the freedom of information page on the VEC website. Please reference EBC in the subject line.
